The Telephone helpline is open every Monday and Thursday evening from 6.30pm to 9.30pm.

Youth2Youth will be closed on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve, but will be open for calls on Wednesday 30th December 2009 11am to 4pm

Normal service resumes Monday 4th January 2010

 

During this time helpline staff are waiting to take your call. Remember- all staff are aged between 16 and 21 years old. You will be talking to another young person, who has been trained in listening skills and is able to help you.

To offer you a high quality service the Youth2Youth helpline supervisor may monitor your call. This is to give the helpline volunteer support and guidance and not to affect your right to a confidential service.

We offer a confidential service. We do not trace numbers. If you live within the U.K. we can call you back if you provide us with your number.
