Thank you for e-mailing Youth2Youth. I have read through your email and I understand that you are uncomfortable with your brother's sexuality. You said that "I'm supposed to be okay with it" but it seems that you're confused that he may be gay. If you talk to your brother about his sexuality maybe you would have a better understanding.

Being gay doesn't just mean having sex with men it also means having relationships with them. You said your brother told your family 6 months ago, what are their views on his sexuality?
