You can send your problem by email at any time. Simply click on the icon and type your problem. We aim to reply to all emails within seven working days. All emails are treated as confidential. To ensure confidentiality all computers at the Youth2Youth Call Centre require passwords. Computers can only be used by Youth2Youth staff. All hard copies (printed copies) of emails are shredded once a reply has been sent to you.

Please use a web-based email address that is protected by a password, such as hotmail. This will ensure we can send a reply to you knowing it is your private email address.  To enable us to help you as appropriately as possible we ask you to complete the “About You” boxes on the email.  These are: Age, Sex, Town – telling us this information is optional but it will really be useful in giving you the best help possible.

When you receive your reply to your problem you will be asked if you would like your problem to be displayed in the Library on our website. If you write back to us giving your permission we will make appropriate changes to your problem to ensure your anonymity.
If we don't hear from you we will assume you do not want your problem displayed.
